"Leadership is a way of thinking, a way of acting and, most importantly, a way of communicating." -Simon Sinek

The Communication Problem

In our founder’s 15 years of working with executives, managing partners, and other senior level professionals, she listened countless times to frustration and concern about young professionals from baby boomers. But these young professionals are also frustrated.

Neither group really understands the other, or why they work the way they do. This lack of understanding also means a lack of appreciation for what each generation brings to the table. Future Image Group, as far as we can tell, is the first organization to address this issue substantively: enlightening people about one another, and providing a real solutions to the understanding gap.

Technology’s vital role

New technology and the pressure to get a lot done in a little time have impacted how we interact with each other, and how we learn from and about each other. We rely on quick hit emails and texts to keep business moving, and many people, especially young professionals, struggle with making personal connections. FIG is dedicated to helping clients set themselves apart by teaching them the skills necessary to develop meaningful business relationships.

The Future Image Group Solution

FIG has created an innovative new program committed to the importance of face-to-face business communication. Our comprehensive curriculum teases apart the actual mechanics of cultivating relationships, with modules focused on values, boundaries, effective and authentic networking, intention, and personal interactions, among others. When working one-on-one with our clients, we personalize the curriculum based on their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to help them successfully engage with their own clients and contacts on a deeper level.

Get started today

This is a process. It will take time, effort, and commitment. But, it is not hard once we’re over the fear of the unknown. If you know what you are afraid of, you can look it straight in the eye and work through it. The process will undoubtedly bring a level of richness, reward, and personal satisfaction through learning how to connect to each other as human beings and professionals.

Mindless fear is greater than mindful fear.
